The company offers solid training and has high quality standards. I like the level of structure and organization in production. Managers outline responsibilities and expectations clearly. There’s a good deal of variety – it’s not the type of manufacturing job where you simply stand in one place doing the same thing all day. I’m improving my technical skills and learning a lot about pharmaceutical systems.

Even small mistakes can lead to delays, and it’s tough to stay focused all the time.

There's a strong expectation for precision, which makes sense, but the environment does't consistently support that level of accuracy because small inconsistencies kept showing up in processes that were supposed to be standardized, and at first it made you question yourself-like maybe something was missed-but after double-checking and correcting multiple times, it became clear that the issue wasn't individual mistakes but a pattern of uneven execution, which created this frustrating dynamic where you're expected to be exact while constantly compensating for things that aren't as reliable as they should be, and over time that disconnect between expectation and reality becomes harder to ignore.
