      Pros

      Very nice properties, growth minded company.

      Cons

      I've never worked for a company where upper management/regional managers don't want you to succeed. They will not recognize your accomplishments and hard work unless youre part of the owners inner circle. Will abruptly move you to another building for no reason.

      Pros

      It's a good opportunity for promotion if you work hard, which is normal. The PTO is nine company holidays and up to 7 weeks paid off after a while. Anybody saying the company isn't diverse doesn't work here. People usually leave reviews when they're upset. Take these with a grain of salt.

      Cons

      Small companies wish they had more opportunities farther west.

      Great training for employees. Corporate office is always available for their employees.
