Pros
* K2 Management is outstanding, and extremely responsive to any questions or issues that may occur through private conferences
* The HR team does an amazing job and is always on point!
* The company has an amazing health care and PTO plan, and is always responsive if external events occur (such as family sickness)
* We have (well had prior to COVID) lunches with management where we could discuss our issues or concerns, and it is(was) always a welcoming atmosphere
* The company does a great job in recognizing performance (through bonuses and raises) and discussing their thoughts on said performance
* I literally cannot recommend K2 enough. Through everything I have encountered during my almost 4 years to everything I have seen, the company has outdid my wildest expectations, outdone any other company (and the military) I was with before, and I am truly grateful to be with them!
*The CEO has talked to us personally many times, and he is truly an outstanding individual to get to know and share thoughts with!
Cons
None I could think of. K2 covers all of the bases, and as said before, any issues get addressed quickly, personally, and without consequence.
