      Flexible working hours Wonderful customer Some great team members

      Cons

      Terrible HR department. Doesn’t care about the people, no empathy, unfair and lack of respect. Increment not based on performance. Hard-work wasn’t recognised. What’s the point having performance review twice a year and given high rating?
