      My experience working for KB Home in Colorado was incredibly constructive and enriching. The state's breathtaking landscapes and thriving housing market provided an ideal backdrop for the projects. The company's commitment to quality, sustainability, and community values allowed them to make meaningful contributions to the local housing landscape in an affordable way.

      The work could get repetitive, but most roles are that way.

      Pros

      There are some genuine employees here but not most. Benefits are okay. The less you say the better.

      Cons

      Over staffed, and under payed. Management does not train you what so ever, this is a company of checking boxes, and passing blame. They lie about completion dates, lie to clients and lie to their employees. Genuinely really disappointed at the superficiality and gossipy work culture. I really wish I could give a better review here
