      Friendly, flexible, good benefits and salaries are market rate. I have been here 20 years that says it all! I have transfer to HR and found the team great to work with who are striving to innovate, good communicators and employee focused. striving to innovate

      Business has been going through a lot of change at the moment, which is normal part of any business in the Oil and Gas industry

      Pros

      KBC is a very cohesive culture focused on excellence. The flat structure creates an empowering environment. Compensation is at market, but the value the work inputs to a career portfolio is priceless. Lots of opportunity is available for those that wish to pursue growth.

      Cons

      Workload can have peak times that get stressful like many jobs. Rewarding could be more consistent.
