We appreciate all feedback from our team members, and we appreciate when people speak to us openly and directly vs. on social media. At KBC, management works hard to send an even and consistent message to the KBC team about its values and mission. KBC has tremendous respect for the work/life balance of all of its team members, and at the same time strives for excellence through continuous improvement.
Over the last few years, KBC has made some much needed improvements to its business model (with a lot of hard work, care, and commitment from its team members), and KBC is better and stronger for it. In turn KBC is better able to keep its promises to its customers, so that they can keep their promises to their customers.
It is an exciting time of change as KBC grows its people, model and capabilities. Unfortunately this won’t appeal to everyone, but we do not apologize for the improvements, changes and much needed focus on our customers.
