      Great co-workers, chill environment and an ok end of year bonus

      Cons

      The working environment is not the best especially during covid. Paycheck is never raised, not enough room for creative growth.

      Working with new people and customers were really enjoyable. Flexible time management

      Every shootings and editing works were commissioned based. If you don't have work, you don't get paid.
