Cons
1. Unless you are robot , stay away. 2. Making money is goal for every company, but this is totally a money oriented company. No trainings, no focus on employees, just make money for them. They will expect baby delivery in 3 months, and when you deliver they will ask why you didnot deliver twins. 3. TM will try to demotivate you everytime. 4. Bonus, performance appraisal is joke. 5. You are busy in your work and someone will stare your computer screen whether you are watching any movie or doing your job even when all sites are blocked by that useless IT guy. 6. Confidentiality is important but they will try to hide all data that is necessary for your work, RED TAPISM you know !!! 7. Coming on time and going on time is sufficient for them. 8. You may be fired at any time, depends on mood of psyco top management (one person, don't assume that there is a management). 9. They think that employee is thief who is suppose to steal and sell your useless information to other organization. They think their data is like space shuttle design and employees are suppose to sell it to Russia. 10. No specific job for you, objective is to make money without investment on employees Certification manager can be seen working as admin executive. Admin executive can be seen packing documents for courier. Auditor can be seen doing business development. Accounts manager can be seen doing work of HR. HR may be seen tracking courier details. 11. They will specify job ABC in appointment letter, when u complete ABC in satisfactory way , they will ask why DEF is pending, stay confused !!!! and dont ask for increment. 12. Send several reminders to your colleague for information, they won't reply, confidentiality you know !!!, and when they reply they will make copy to 500 people like tagging in facebook. 13. Everything is mess, you can't get information when it is needed. 14. They don't make you aware about company policy, history etc unlike other companies, join them and make money for them without knowledge, that's objective. 15. On 30th February you can see smile on an employee face. 16. That non functioning lift is more productive than Top management. 17. Procedures/policies are not effective.
