Pros
Employee owed with stock - fully vested after only 5 years. Gave us stimulace money to help offset inflation. Gets us new equipment when needed (not cheap). flexible on schedule. Pay is within local market range. lots of oppurtunity for advancement
Cons
They don't pay for coffee (you have to bring in you own coffee pods). feels like a disconnect between us and corporate office
