      Pros

      I enjoyed the people I worked with.

      Cons

      Moral was bad. Higher management didn't take the time to understand issues being faced. Lack of IT personnel. Instead of fixing system issues we had to create manual work around. Not efficiently run company.

      Pros

      Well organized, freedom to steer the direction of marketing campaigns, flexible remote or office work environment. Excellent compensation. Upbeat casual work environment that is comfortable and promotes creativity.

      Cons

      Because of the company's size. The company has limited budget to apply resources that would be greatly beneficial to staff and over all ability to market aggressively.
