When a member of the team is struggling to reach the levels of potential we know they posses we look at how a person is working and then provide tried and tested methods (including KPI management) to help them. In doing this they can see how outcomes can be shifted by applying certain behaviours or activities to their daily activities. When someone is new to recruitment and has a lot to learn, this can really help them and that is potentially what happened here. We work very hard to benchmark our reward packages and recently gave the entire company a salary increase to help with the cost of living crisis. We believe our salaries to be fair for agency recruitment as opposed to internal, and our commission package in fact rates among the most generous in the Northwest. Our spacious modern offices in a country business park near Knutsford are within easy reach not only of south Manchester but also most of Cheshire. Perhaps if someone lives further afield then I can understand why location may be an issue. Recent employee surveys indicate a high level of satisfaction and very strong confidence in the management team. We wish you all the best with your future endeavours.
