      Pros

      You work with some really good people.

      Cons

      Incredibly poor pay, overbearing management, layoffs and people leaving have left us incredibly short staffed. As a result of this and being turned into a secondary station to KEZI after the Allen Media restructuring, morale is lower than I can remember it ever being.

      Pros

      The people you work with are really lovely and you can learn a lot early on.

      Cons

      The pay is abysmal. We aren't funded well, in a visit from the company's higher ups they said "It's amazing how you all do so much with so little.", which feels unbelievably patronizing.
