Students are difficult to manage, Management doesn't seem to care and acts like everything is fine when it isn't. Plus, teachers don't really get a competitive wage. Felt burned out/jaded pretty quickly.

Management barely think about the people and cut out bonuses at 2021 and had a cheek to brag about our increase sales. From what I know, the bonuses hasn't come back yet and the company is being sold off several times. The HR team is unreliable when comes to inquires. There was a good dedicated HR kid who the covid and he left after a mere 2 months after getting berated for doing the right things
