Pros

- WFH is flexible - Non-operations roles such as the sales team in NYC seem to have great culture and a fair pay structure

Cons

- Operations roles are incredibly undervalued and underpaid. These roles essentially run the company through Activation & Planning teams yet promotions are scarce, raises are minuscule (2-3k), and work-life balance is unheard of. Asking questions regarding company structure or leadership decisions are met with vague answers and are very discouraged. - Layoffs and failure to project company revenue accurately. This company has had 3 rounds of layoffs since Q4 2023. People are not a priority here. - Constant shifts in company priorities and structures. These shifts are not given enough time to generate any form of positive outcomes before things are “restructured” again - Company culture in Austin is non existent. With the constant “fire drills,” layoffs and restructuring, non-communication from leadership, lack of upward mobility, and boundaries to raises, there is a general sense of dread in the office. Can confidently say most people in these operations roles are actively looking for other jobs due to this (leading to the high turnover rate this company has seen).
