Pros
I’ve been with KFP Total IT Solutions for nine years now, starting as a Finance Assistant and working my way up to Finance Manager. Throughout that journey, I’ve personally had nothing but consistent support, encouragement, and opportunities to grow. What really makes KFP stand out is the people. The CEO in particular has been one of the biggest influences in my career progression. He’s hands-on, approachable, and genuinely invested in every department’s success. He’s often one of the first in the office and the last to leave, always willing to get involved wherever support is needed and that sets the tone for the whole company. That positive example reflects across all management and employees - the thing that makes KFP so incredible is the people, the work ethic, and the diversity across the team. KFP is the kind of place where hard work is recognised, development is taken seriously, and you feel valued for what you bring to the table. The environment is fast paced but supportive, with a great team culture and a real focus on doing things the right way. You’re trusted to do your job, given room to grow, and encouraged to take on new challenges. If you’re looking for a company where you can genuinely build a long term career, feel supported in your development, and work with people who care about what they do, KFP is a fantastic place to be.
Cons
Like any workplace, experiences can vary from person to person. Occasionally, you may come across negative reviews from former employees, and in my view, these seem to stem from a small group of individuals who didn’t have the experience they hoped for. It’s important to remember that every organisation will have people who leave feeling differently. From my experience, those opinions don’t reflect the culture or day to day reality at KFP. The vast majority of the team is hardworking, supportive, and committed, and that’s what genuinely represents the company.
