Good environment to learn. You get to work on multiple projects and have direct connect with the leadership team even being a fresher. So you learn to lead.

Even if we are giving our 100%, our salary is worse than a fresher and increments are just non existent. Dry promotions for no reason just to harass an employee. Extra responsibilities at fresher salary. Management is pathetic. No middle hierarchy. Managers are just a puppet of the VP. How did they even get hired is a huge question? No project management at all. Just impose everything on Software Engineers or so-called Tech Leads.
