Management adopts an authoritarian approach across all departments, gaslighting juniors to maintain their status quo, no proper protocol and information is provided verbally so that the manager is always in absolute control, lack of communication between departments, resulting in pushing of blames when mistakes happen. Managers are not professional and showed favouritism. It was a dreadful experience that I will never forget. Politics, favouritism, toxic.
