Horrible Management - Financial Analyst KGPCo Employee Review

Great company that takes care of their employees.

The con is that my contract ended so I could no longer work for them.

The staff was very knowledgeable and good to work with.

Senior leadership doesn't care about middle to upper management. They RIF'd several employees during the M&A without even interviewing them for potential fits in the new organization. The promised bonuses in hiring packages and then rescinded those bonuses when it came time to pay them.
