      Pros

      KGP is organized effectively, with good communication and good benefits.

      Cons

      I would say the biggest downside at working at KCPCo is that layoffs happened quite often and did not give people enough notice when they lose their jobs. I don’t know if they had a serverance package, but if they didn’t that is another concern. Also, some jobs didn’t pay very well for the job expected of them.

      The con is that my contract ended so I could no longer work for them.

      Pros

      The staff was very knowledgeable and good to work with.

      Cons

      Senior leadership doesn't care about middle to upper management. They RIF'd several employees during the M&A without even interviewing them for potential fits in the new organization. The promised bonuses in hiring packages and then rescinded those bonuses when it came time to pay them.
