      Pros

      Pay is OK. 40 hrs work during winter with voluntary layoffs. Overtime in the summer. 8 to 10 hr days 6 days a week late may to early September. Great co workers.

      Cons

      1 15 minute break in 8 to 10 hrs. Very hot in the summer. No consistent processes. No consistent training. Resistant to change.

      People are friendly, and the ESOP is a great program for a smaller city.
