      Pros

      Very few except pay scale and tge mission which they really don't accomplish well.

      Cons

      Work load, top heavy mgmt is a clique of the "special" employees, no work life balance, heavy case load is ridiculous and if you are not in the inner circle... you are like a step child. The CEO is a showboat who is nit jnterested in communicating with front line employees....there is a reason they have a 2.8 rating

      Pros

      My boss is nothing but amazing, he truly has made me feel like I am not just a number but a part of a family. I see the positive side of child welfare so that's always a plus. Many training and growing opportunities. Quarterly reports and case reviews. Always there to answer any questions or concerns at all time. Hybrid/Remote job.

      Cons

      It's child welfare, so burnout is something that happens quite regularly. This is not a job that you get on the fly, you must be able to maintain upstanding work and employment performance no matter the level of intensity that the job may give you.
