DON'T BOTHER - Anonymous employee KIKO Employee Review

No training, unrealistic targets, management sit back and do NOTHING all day! You're expected to jump on every single customer that comes through the door, this is annoying for you and the poor unsuspecting individual who's about to walk into the worst store on the high street. Management are rude, poorly trained, too young to be in such a position (my manager was 22, and my supervisor was 20, both very immature and childish) and have no idea how to communicate with their sales advisors. Staff are pressured into boosting sales, and told to lie to customers. HR procedures are also never followed, and you won't receive any health and safety training.
