-some products sell themselves and really are amazing -the company always has some contest going on -the store was always full of people -1 hour lunch breaks -fun team to work with
Cons
-few people working so feeling overwhelmed was easy -everyone tries to say other people are stealing their sales -unorganized/ questionable training procedures -underplayed -health insurance costs way too much through the company
