      Great benefits. Schools are focused on kids thriving.

      Cons

      No work-life balance. No sense of autonomy as a teacher. Felt pressured to follow a curriculum I didn’t always agree with. Lots of pressure.

      Cons

      Disorganization, lack of processes and optional certification often made training and supervision of staff challenging. Culture is the main focus and often supersedes compliance and adherence to state and federal policies.
