Awful school to work for - 7th Grade ELA Teacher KISD Employee Review

Students were awful (not all, but most). Other teachers did not want to help out and no guidance was given. When voicing concerns, nothing was done to help. I had never taught before and there was no guidance given by anyone (alternative certificate, so I hadn't went to school to teach either). I quit over Christmas break because it was so bad. I wasn't given my last check and just found out they sent me to collections 1.5 years later without ever contacting me. For what it's worth, I went the next year to teach at another school district and it was so much better.
