      flexible work culture, not so hierarchical on the surface, not much work pressure. sometimes able to see singers in the office

      Cons

      Lots of politics and re-org. Management unsure of future direction. Failed IPO was really embarrassing

      - Innovative company, encourage people to think creatively - Great company culture. Lively, friendly and respectable. - Ideal for employees in early stage in their career - Rapid growth within the company, a company with a lot of potential.

      Cons

      - Unstructured and failed to adopt better system for people management and promotion/raise system.
