KKS is by far the best place I have ever worked. The team is absolutely fantastic, talented, positive, committed, and funny. The culture and leadership are great. They provide unique opportunities to learn and to interact with clients and sustainability professionals They value and care about their employees and their development. They always have very exciting and unique projects. You are given the freedom to forge your own path and generate ideas to help contribute to the success of the company. KKS is also a fun place to work and they always reward you for the hard work. You really have the feeling to be part of something great and to achieve a positive impact. I am very optimistic about the outlook for KKS and highly recommend this company to people interested in sustainability consulting.

Interesting projects, nice colleagues, great exposure to clients, lots of responsibility and opportunities to share your opinion. Fairly flat structure, and junior employees are listened to on projects. Really great opportunity if you want to work in sustainable finance.

Work environment sometimes felt tense. Employees are not always supported adequately which leads to issues on projects. Lack of training, inconsistent communication, pressure, and tight, sometimes unreasonable deadlines resulted in errors, which caused employees distress, and to worry if they'd lose their jobs.
