      Pros

      Good people work there, so colleagues are nice and friendly, also the offices are okay but shoddy in places! Starting salary is okay.

      Cons

      - Poor management style/ no management - No progression for young people - No salary increase in 2 years - False promises on incentives and rewards - Never had a performance review or KPI review

      Pros

      Awesome benefits 401k , Insurance. Great database to use. Managers is more than a manager but a great leader as well. Makes a big difference.

      Cons

      Doesn't have SOP set up surprisingly. Kind of have to self teach alot. Truly a testament of ones own work ethic.
