Pros
Equipment (computers, printers, etc) always kept up to date and replaced with the latest and greatest when needed.
Cons
Unbelievably disrespectful and oppressive attitude towards all employees that are not brokers. There is no HR department to report offensive behavior to, the pay is terrible, only cost of living raises ever given, zero room for growth.
