WHY KMC? - Customer Service Representative KMC Solutions Employee Review

When I entered the KMC building, I didn't expect anything fancy. I thought it would be just like other BPO companies, with a pantry, comfort rooms, production floor, and training rooms. However, I was so surprised when I finally stepped inside the office. The ambiance is conducive to work, and you can feel the comfort and relaxation, especially when you enter the pantry area, which is super cozy—like being in a fine dining restaurant—with plenty of chairs, numerous charging stations, study and work areas, and a very cozy washing area with a coffee machine, refrigerator, and ovens. Moreover, every Monday, there’s free waffles for everyone, and every Friday, there’s free ice cream. They also host entertaining Friday games with prizes. KMC has a lot to offer its employees to ensure a healthy work environment. It even provides a free massage chair where you can relax nonstop! The gym is about to be finalized, which is even more exciting. I am still looking forward to more of what our company, KMC Solution, can offer.
