      Pros

      Good pay and benefits, decent place to independently teach self beginner skills and put into practice.

      Cons

      High level of micro-management, limited growth potential, limited work-life balance, expected to work evenings and weekends for a large portion of the year. Management is very involved in day to day, but creates unneeded pain points during processes. Additionally, very minimal attempts to keep pace with technology in streamlining processes. Be prepared to hear, "what did we do last year? Just do the same thing."

      Had the flexibility of working remote and not being micromanaged.

      Cons

      Part time data coders did not feel like included in part of the greater team and times could be isolating.

      Pros

      Got hired sight unseen over the phone. They offered a full time position but I declined. The full timers there are the most miserable group of people I’ve ever met. No joke, they hate their life and especially their job. If you are the least bit competent you (may?) have an opportunity for growth but I wouldn’t take it. Not a place you want to stay long term. But if you need a part time position and you have a college degree it’s not the worst choice temporarily. Just make sure you have a back up plan.

      Cons

      Leadership is out of touch and has no idea what it’s like to work there day to day.
