      They organize some company events which are.

      Cons

      First of all the company is not ready for international people (the company meetings are in Dutch). Precision is lead by a group of mediocre directors and managers, they can create a toxic working environment filled with micromanagement and lack of communication.

      Pros

      quite good basic salary, very friendly workmates, flexible working hours. a lot and a lot of benefits

      Cons

      some department quite understaffed, not a lot of fresh graduates presence. no built in foodstores or restaurants (only water dispenser, vending machines and pantry, need to go outside to eat or bring your own food) Very limited parking and need to pay for outside parking (if not will be fined by Penang Council)
