      flexible working hours Higher Stipend Good exposure (big clients and organized team) in US taxation, GLobal audit, and Valuation department.

      Cons

      No good exposure (both client as well team ) in India Audit & Income Tax. Rather Join some Big 4 or good midsize firm if interested in audit and direct tax role.
