Pros
Great products and family owned, shame the family don't really know how people are treat, either that or choose not to.
Cons
Totally do as I say not as I do. HR run by bullying tactics. Forced 90 day notice periods at low level jobs to try and keep the workforce unless they don't want them. I had my wages withheld because I didn't fulfil my 90 day notice period. I didn't complete it because I knew what they had done to other people so did unto them as they had to others! Forced overtime, forced contracts when they choose but not vice versa. Withholding P45's.
