Pros
KPIT cummins is a good company overall. They have nice work culture. Pay package was good but varies quite a lot for similar candidates with exp and knowledge.
Cons
They seriously lack in processes and don't encourage people who want to follow them at work. They need to be more open minded to receive feedback and work on them to improve their system.
