Pros
Reputable firm and in my opinion good pay although others disagreed. Able to reduce down to 80% when needed and had a good manager who helped navigate that part with me
Cons
As someone who came from implementation teams, I was often discouraged by the lack of knowledge around certain "specialities", especially from managers and senior managers who had only risen through the ranks. this was purely my experience from the consulting/deal advisory, I didn't get much exposure to the implementation teams.
