Modern equipment, rather positive, informal atmosphere, collegiality, ability to make some extra money if you are good at sales
Cons
The customers can be very difficult and angry at you for something you have zero responsibility for. The routine also got at me and I somehow felt stuck there along with other people staying in their comfort zone.
