Plenty of room for growth and development

Cons

They give you mediocre training you are pretty much left to learn and learn to develop skills on your own . The boss is cool but his team lead and supervisor think it’s ok to ridicule and micromanage the team they lack management skills and are unprofessional.

Pros

Most employees really want to do a great job taking care of customers.

Cons

•Hiring too many executive level positions. Not promoting from within. • Management does not want any constructive criticism. • Continuous improvement is only discussed in the endless amount of meetings. No real action is taken to improve processes. • The computer system is outdated and needs to be updated. The key process is "work around" the computer system which wastes valuable time getting work done. •Quality assurance is a joke. No one ever lasts in QA who wants to improve the quality and process.
