Pros
Pay is decent, but you have to pay all insurance premiums so its not that great in the end.
Cons
The worst company that I have ever worked for. Management was all over the place, would tell you how to do things one day, and the next day it would be completely wrong. The most dysfunctional company that I have ever seen. Expects you to work whenever needed for non urgent matters. Will call anytime of the day, and keep calling till you answer. No job security. Saw more people fired in the short time I worked there then I have in my entire career. I have no clue how this company is still in business, they are a compete joke! The benefits are a joke too. They don't pay for any portion so it falls on the employee.
