Maybe a good place to begin your career, as the people are friendly and you can make good relationships. But plan to use it as a springboard to a better and more transparent company.
Cons
Can be deceptive of their intentions and hiring practices. HR will not divulge anything. Internal culture and communications had been problematic since most employees weren't born in the US but a concerted effort has been made since to improve accountability and follow GMPs. However, upper management, owner especially, has ulterior motives and designs will let go of anyone they feel might impact their bottom line. So, being a privately held firm, their profits are not shared except for upper management. Be wary if you are one of those selected. Most reputable companies will allow you to find other work if they are ending your position; this company may likely not. First secure another job ahead of time.
