      Pros

      KX is a company that stands out with standout technology and amazing people. I truly believe they genuinely care about employees and customers, and are always looking to improve. While there's always more to do, there has been a ton of improvements made in the last two years. The work-life balance is good, and the hybrid work model works really well. They also offer volunteer time to support local communities.

      Cons

      There has been a lot of change in the past few years, including some mistakes and tough decisions that we are still recovering from. However, I believe we are on the right track.

      Pros

      This relates to the NY office. -The pay and benefits were fine, had Aetna insurance (not 100% paid by the company). -Was hybrid, only in office 2-3 days per week. -Decent work/life balance. Not many times had to do work out of standard work hours.

      Cons

      -If you're not also upper management, then upper management has no real desire to hear your opinion or input. -prefer "yes-men" over honest opinions led to "bullying by exclusion", meaning purposefully left out of major planning meetings that should have been a part of. was personally a victim of this and have been told by others it happened to them.
