      An easy, solid way to get your foot in the door, and get experience in the industry.

      Cons

      A lot of responsibilities, with none of the perks or compensation. Constantly understaffed, causing unpredictable hours. Lack of focus or resources toward maintenance, and many problems won't get fixed until they break.
