Pros

Starting from interview process to working with the company, I really liked their approach. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I am getting to learn many new things and getting proper guidance from my seniors. Great work culture.

Cons

I have just joined, did not find anything yet.

Pros

My experience was not positive.

Cons

My experience at Kaha Technology was disappointing. The work environment was heavily influenced by internal politics, which often outweighed merit and made collaboration difficult. Long-tenured employees were major contributors to this culture. Even when concerns were raised about their behavior, they faced little to no accountability, largely because management prioritized output over ethical or fair practices, regardless of how that output was achieved. There were also recurring concerns around professional boundaries. Some senior employees behaved in ways that made several team members-especially women-uncomfortable. Many people maintained a superficial, agreeable façade that only faded once you had spent a few months within the team. The reality of unfair treatment became evident over time, especially when one began questioning decisions or standing up for themselves. For several employees, the full extent of this behavior only became clear after submitting their resignation due to persistent inequity and lack of support.

Pros

1. Approachable and encouraging leadership. 2. Strong end-to-end exposure to wearable technology. 3. Collaborative team with learning opportunities.

Cons

1. Communication gaps between second- and third-level leadership at times led to wrongful information being passed down, putting developers in difficult situations. 2. Some tasks felt repetitive and lacked learning value, offering limited scope for career growth.
