1)Disastrous culture 2)No ethics 3)Variable pay is never paid 4)In campus recruitment they will say they will give some x amount as ctc. But the moment you join they say we are having cash crunch. 3 months we will give stipend only. Happened with my co-workers 5)Absolutely no vision 6)Fake promises regarding compensation 7)Heard they have done salary cuts also. If I was aware of these I would have never joined this idiotic company. Total time waste
