Pros
To be honest, there are not a lot of good things about the company other than it is very financially stable, so you'll have job security.
Cons
I spent 5 years leading the internal recruiting efforts for KabaFusion. I recruited hundreds of people to the company and, to most of you, I need to apologize for ever recruiting you to join the company. The company that once was KabaFusion is barely visible and the notion that "all employees are treated like family" is non-existent unless you are a friend or family member of executive leadership, then you get "special" treatment. The con's: - Advancement opportunities or limited or non-existent - PTO is far from industry leading and is "all-inclusive" - no separate sick-leave policy - Compensation is barely at/or below the market average for almost every position within the company - The wrong people are in the leadership positions that are making the decisions that affect the employees of KabaFusion, Those same people make great "business" decisions though. - Profits over people is what is has really come down to.
