Pros

Offered a good selection of fun festivities/games pre-pandemic. Supported efforts around acquiring more certifications

Cons

The culture had completely shifted 180 to borderline toxic. All the get togethers we had as a team faded. Fewer and fewer people were attending our virtual meetups because that feeling of family was gone. The CEO was distant towards his employees. He would mention how he's there for you and has an open door policy, accessible for q&a but yet placed another obstacle in place (scheduling thru his Executive Assistant). Transparency from leadership was not evident. We would find out about departing consultants in the final days of their resignation which left the remaining team scrambling for a transition plan. No clear communication was given to our customers so the relationships they formed with our consultants were abruptly broken. There were countless ideas thrown for process improvement but no follow through. The compensation is abysmal compared to other similarly sized consulting agencies. There were clear bottlenecks within the delivery team due to knowledge/skill and experience only residing with a few people (who are no longer here)

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We appreciate your feedback and I’m sorry you didn’t have a better experience with us. Like businesses all around the world, we had to pivot quickly to guide people into the new 100% remote normal. The physical separation presented challenges in recharging, and maintaining, our culture to fit a fully remote team. Transforming a business, during the COVID-19 pandemic, and trying to stay as connected as possible while being as disconnected as ever is tough, to say the least. We recognize there are few things more important than company culture and that’s why we have thought strategically and intentionally in our approach to overcoming the hurdles. We are dedicated and more focused than ever on ensuring our diverse team is still able to come together to strategize, collaborate, and socialize by doubling down on our culture, more communication and transparency at all levels, investing even more in the team to show how valued they are, arranging the CEO’s schedule so everyone has a direct line to him, gauging employee sentiment and gathering feedback so that we can implement change, and keeping the strong commitment to engage and empower our employees. We’ve never had to navigate through a global pandemic before, so we are trying new things to see what works and what doesn’t. We won’t always get it right but we will always be committed to continuous improvement, our employees, and our clients. Thanks again for your review. We wish you all the best in your career!
