I was not a fan of some of the physical/mechanical restraint techniques.

Regular salary, holidays off, nice campus

buildings are old, offices are spread out and not cohesive, not enough offices, staff are always stressed and unable to communicate effectively, patients are treated poorly due to staff immaturity.
