Communication is easy and they are understanding of time zone differences. Most employees have degrees from English colleges so they are well versed in English and understand holidays and work schedules in the US. They are vertically integrated, with trained overseas support for customers and our US team. Pay is great, most employees get raises and also opportunity for promotions. insurance, retirement matching is available, paid time off and vacation are unbeatable compared to others companies in the industry
Cons
Not a Con for me but working for a company that is located in China is not for everyone, time zone differences can be challenging but Kaidi is very understanding and encourages employees to put family first.
