Do not join if you are experienced professional as you will not be treated like one. Limited finance with company so you will have to do most of the work yourself even out of your job responsibilities. Long working hours, no benefits, Owner is rude and curses for something not your fault. Also owner holds on to your pay as he wishes. No work life balance, owner asks you to work any hour of day or on weekends and even on Sundays.
